(Reserve fat) --- 2 ½ cups bacon fat 5 Large Onions, chopped 1 whole bunch Celery, chopped In a large kettle, cook onion until tender, then: --- Blend in: 2 ½ cups flour 2 ½ cups Sugar ½ cup Salt 1/3 cup Celery Seed 5 cup Vinegar Fresh Parsley, chopped Dice potatoes. Pour over the dressing and toss lightly. Bake until hot. |
